From a Safe Space To An Empowered Space

I see my clients as capable and already strong enough to deal with life because they are still here and sitting in front of me. It takes courage to open up to a stranger and reveal what is distressing. A safe space for me means a context, a therapeutic relationship where my clients feel free to speak their minds without concern. Say the things “you can’t say” in polite company or to a friend or family member. Be free to express dark thoughts without fear of judgement or opinion. For me, a Safe space is an environment that encourages collaboration and co-construction of ideas and conversation. The world at large has and never will be “safe”, so I prefer to focus on creating an empowering space for my client to explore their power and redirect it towards creating their preferred future.

When you are ready for a conversation contact me here and we can get started.
